Trade vegetable plants
Does anyone know of a good way to trade vegetable plants? I have 5 jalapeno plants in containers and I really don't need all of them, so I'd like to trade them with someone within driving distance for some other plants that I may need.
I've looked on craigslist, not much up there, but it's just the start of spring. Does anyone know of any other resources?

I thought about freecycle, but I don't think they would allow trade, at least my chapter. I could just give them away and post a wanted.
Thank for the local board idea! i didnt even think of that!
mine doesn't allow for trades either, but last year people were posting offers of excess seedlings and some posted wanted too. it doesn't hurt to ask!
