Kiawah Island Photographers??
Our entire family is headed to Kiawah Island for vacation this summer. We were wanting to have some family pictures taken on the beach.
Does anyone have an recommendations for a photographer that will give us the rights to the pics along with a CD?

Also, any recommendations on things to do in Charleston as well as we will probably head up there one day. Any good golf courses with less than $100 green fees??

Re: Kiawah Island Photographers??
I'm from that area and we will be heading back down there for 4th of July weekend. Although I don't know of any good photographers off the top of my head, but you may find some good ones on The Knot's website.
Charleston has such fun things to do; carriage tours, walking through the market, walking tours and nighttime ghost tours, Ft. Sumter tours, shopping and eating is always good (Magnolia's, Rue de Jeans, Carolinas, Slightly North of Broad, McCreadys_.
There is a public golf course on James Island that has less than $100 green fees, but it's not all that great. There is The Patriot's Point Links, just over the bridge to Mount Pleasant from Charleston, and I think Hope Plantation, just outside of Kiawah, has a golf course that might be public.
Kiawah usually does a huge fireworks display on the 4th if that's when you will be down there. There are also outdoor concerts at Freshfields every week.

Judy took our family's photos two summers ago. It was a horribly windy day. I was sure no good shoots could have been taken (long hair, short hair blowing every which way, sand in our eyes and mouth). WRONG!
Judy got some of the best shoots we've ever taken. A great memory considering our older daughter went off to college the same year.
BTW, we did not do the predictable-khaki pants/shorts and white tops. parents wore khaki shorts; children wore denim capris. We all had different pastel colored tee shirts.
