ETA: I know this wasn't on purpose but the man was drunk, carrying a child around hot water. I still think he's terrible.

I think that's the best point. I feel bad for all parties. Obviously he didn't mean to hurt her, but what was he thinking? I don't know how many on here can judge though, it's not like most boils are alcohol free, and who hasn't imbided during one?
