Fancy Nancy party, how to include boys?
So, my DD's have asked for a Fancy Nancy party for their birthday party in June. There is so much out there on Fancy Nancy! I am now obsessed with anything and everything Fancy Nancy.
I'm trying to think of how I can include boys with the Fancy Nancy theme. I thought about creating a character called Patrick Pirate and include him on the invitation (my oldest DD and I are making them.).
The girls will get hot pink boas and tiara's at the "Posh Boutique" that will be set up in our Dining room. The boys would receive a medallion necklace and pirate hat.
Any ideas for games, cheap decoration idea's, anything that you think would be helpful is appreciated. I am planning on renting an inflatable bouncer for the backyard so I know boys and girls will enjoy that.

I would tell them that Patrick Pirate is Fancy Nancy's cousin or something.... make up your own story about it.... They can all go on a "treasure hunt" to incorporate the pirates... because treasure is what the two have in common.
I'm all about trying to keep kids' parties as simple as possible.
