For those who use the OCM - what do you do about sunscreen?
How does sunscreen fit in with doing the OCM? I need to wear it because I'm very fair-skinned. Currently I use a moisturizer with SPF in it, but when I make the switch to OCM next week, I'm not sure how to integrate sunscreen? Do I put it on in the morning after cleansing at night? Will it add too much grease after cleansing with the oil? Thanks!
ETA: I should clarify that I don't really wear make up on a daily basis, so relying on that as a source of SPF probably won't work for me...
Re: For those who use the OCM - what do you do about sunscreen?
I still use my Oil of Olay Complete in the morning.
If that's too much, you could just get a stand alone facial sunscreen. I don't wear makeup daily, either.
OK great! I was wondering if putting on sunscreen would be too much oil on top of cleansing with the oil, but I'll give it a shot.
My skin has been significantly less oily since starting OCM, so in that regard i would not be concerned. My makeup has an SPF but also i wear sunscreen lotion at times (yes, even though i am in Seattle!), with no problem.
