Has anyone dried herbs from their graden? Any tips on how to?
Re: Drying Herbs
for the more leafy herbs (like mint), I bought a food dehydrator.
For the more woody ones like rosemary or thyme, you could tie them in bundles & hang them in a dry place (if it's a dusty place you can put a paper bag over them).
I used our oven. It has a dehydrate setting, but you could do it in a regular one - set it lower than 200?F (generally 140-160?) until dry.
I also did this for "sun" dried tomatoes, chipotles, dried jalapenos, etc.
