Looking for a new primary care physician......
I would like one close to my house in Glendale by Arrowhead. I need a really really good one. Thanks!
Re: Looking for a new primary care physician......
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
I can give you the absolute best PCP out there- if you want to fork over $1500 per year, per adult (children are included in each paid adult).
His practice went ot this stupid MD VIP program a few years ago...
Sure, are you a pt there? Thanks Jennifer
Ned Stolzberg with Arrowhead Family Care. He's absolutely AMAZING. He was my PCP from 1997ish to 2007ish. When they switched to the MD VIP thing, we did it for a quarter, then decided not too.
Once we have kids though- I hope to go back.
He's at 67th ave and Union Hills.
OMG, my maiden name is Stolze! Maybe he's some long lost relative of mine or something. I never hear anything closely related to my last name at all!
So he doesn't take insurance?
LOL maybe he's the link to your past.
They do take insurance, but they switched to this "concierge health care" option, where you pay liek $1500 a year, but you get like same day appointments, you always reach them (not an answering service) even on weekends/graveyards, and some other snazzy stuff.
When I left the practice, several of the insurance companies were dropping them because of this, saying that in their contracts it was agreed they wouldn't charge patients additional fee's for services- but I dont know if they've worked that whole thing out.
Edit- I should also add, that in addition to the $1500 a year, you still had your co-pays, etc. It wasn't like you paid $1500 and you were free for the year.
