so excited! getting compost bin from our town
last year we got a gorgeous rain barrel from our town for $25. ours to keep forever. similar ones cost hundreds of dollars. it was pretty unpublicized, but we got lucky and snagged one.
this year I really want to start composting. I search the whole town website. can't find anything about a compost bin program. but I emailed the public works dept and someone emailed me back that they have a limited supply of great compost bins for $25. it's supposed to be a really good bin too. DH is going on friday to pay and hope they still have some!
