So i'm watching ESPN

And Gruden is talking to Tim Tebow about his "stroke".

Re: So i'm watching ESPN

  • Where do you think Tebow is going to end up?
  • Nowhere hopefully.

    Wow. Petty, much?

He could go anywhere really... a lot of teams have expressed interest lately. I'm hoping for the Vikings even though I know its a loooong shot. ;)

I'd be thrilled if he wound up there...but I can see him going anywhere, too.

  • No, I don't think it's "petty" that I don't care for him as an athlete.  Of course he will be drafted.

However, I think it's awfully telling that some current players have said they don't really want him drafted by their team.  That's obnoxious behavior on their part, but as a fan, I'll say I don't want him on my team either.

  • It kind of is petty to say that he shouldn't end up anywhere. The dude is a great athlete, whether you personally care for him or not. If you don't want him, awesome. I'm sure for every one of you who hate him, there are one or two peopel who would kill to have him on their team.

Also, his upbeat-ness is something he's going to have to adjust to whatever team he goes to. It's like Knowshon Moreano and his stupid "After I get tackled, i'm going to get up and run really really fast! I don't even care if i'm running the right way!" ....he doesn't do that anymore. And i'm sure Tim will adjust his method of doing things in the same way.
