DH's HH Surprise Party- Help
I'm planning a small surprise party for DH. He thinks we are having dinner at a nice restaurant, but instead, I'm having a few close friends meet us there for happy hour instead to surprise him.
Here's my question, since I've never had a happy hour party. Do I pay for everyones drinks, or just buy a few rounds?
TIA for your advice!
Re: DH's HH Surprise Party- Help
Maybe one round but not everything. Since these are your close friends, I wouldn't think they would expect that either. I know mine wouldn't!
Thanks so much for your input- I guess I'm still in wedding etiquette mode = pay for everything!
Thanks again.
I agree, if you are planning on paying for something, then the guests should know this to avoid confusion or disagreements at the end of the night.
