I need appetizers ideas for Jewelry Party

Hello,

I wanted to make some tapas. I am making Sangria!

I am making a chicken salad

stuffed mushrooms, chips and salsa

I need some cold appetizer ideas.

Re: I need appetizers ideas for Jewelry Party

  • Spicy Grilled Shrimp - serve hot, cold, or room temperature

    Tapas:

    Marinated Manchego (cold)

    Spanish-Style Meatballs (hot)

Sauteed Mushrooms with Garlic & Parsley (hot)

Patatas Bravas are also a popular tapa, but I wasn't a fan of the recipe I used

If you don't mind not going with the tapas theme, there's a great onion dip and parmesan-artichoke pesto recipe in my blog - both served cold.

  • i love ham wrapped pickled asparagus.  take the ham, spread it with a thin layer of cream cheese, then wrap around the pickled asparagus.  ham puffs also go over really well at all of our parties.  make little cream puffs, and fill with this ham mixture:

8 oz low fat cream cheese

2 small cans of hormel canned ham

dijon mustard and worcestershire to taste

beat it all together in stand mixer or with hand mixer.  stuff into cream puffs and serve!
