Stolen from thebump - processed foods to avoid
Re: Stolen from thebump - processed foods to avoid
You should take nutritional advice from a registered dietician not from an aerobics instructor who writes a blog. If she is going to make those kinds of claims, she should provide studies that support them.
Avoid processed foods as much as possible but moderation is the key.
Writing a book and having it sold on Amazon =/= qualified expert (see Kevin Trudeau). Any ahole can write a book and have it published, they don't necessarily check the facts; if she were a published scientist (in a peer reviewed scientific journal) then she would have better credentials.
Working with RDs =/= qualified expert.
