Can I just vent?
So I think I'm about done with DH being gone. Right now, he's stuck overseas b/c of the volcano. He's at the airport, just waiting. I mean seriously... a volcano. I'm glad that he's at least out of where he was at, but come on. He was suppose to be home by the end of this week, but that's not going to happen.
Stupid volcano!

She is affected by the volcano because all flights are canceled due to the effect of the volcano errupting.

I'm sorry! I know how frustrating this is! When I was deployed, we took about 2 weeks longer than scheduled to get home--we got off our base just to be stuck at another because of crazy rain and broken aircraft.
My fingers are crossed that he gets home quickly. Maybe they'll have a crazy outpouring of aircraft leave--once they get rolling, sometimes they manage to get everyone home pretty quick.
The peeps I am demob-ing are coming in a week or so late due to volcanic ash too.
