Windows 7 constantly has "Not Responding" problems *fixed*
Has anyone ran into this problem?
If so, have you found a solution?
Several of my programs often say "Not Responding" and I have to close them and start them again.
My main items that do this are: Firefox, Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player.
I have google'd the problem but a lot of the forums that come up discussing it are too high-tech based for me to figure it out. I would appreciate any help you can offer me.
Thank you so much.
ETA: This is on a new computer. It's a Dell Inspiron. I had also bought a Sony Vaisio (SP?) and it had the same problems.

Re: Windows 7 constantly has "Not Responding" problems *fixed*
I'm curious, what was the problem?
I have Windows 7 and haven't run into this, but I have found if I sign in and out of gmail a lot (I have several accounts) after a bit it will never load and I need to close the browser and reopen.
