I'm looking for a good punch recipe for the alcoholic beverage drinkers I will have at the wedding shower I'm throwing this weekend.
If it's a blue drink it's a bonus since her wedding color is carribbean blue!
Thanks!!

Here are some punch ideas....scroll half way down there's one called blue caribbean

Here is the recipe my Mom used for my shower and my sisters. It was so popular we ran out at my shower and still ran low with 2 batches at my sisters.
(we dont use the strawberries though)
1 (12 oz.) frozen pink lemonade, undiluted
2 liters ginger ale
1 to 2 bottles white wine (optional)
1 gal. orange sherbet
1 pt. strawberries
At our wedding we made a "punch" drink for our signature drink. We called it "Hop, Skip, and Get Married." It is usually called something different... many, many names. It is SUPER easy, but can be really strong if you aren't careful. And you can use about anything and it still tastes good. And the amounts of each are really up to you. You can put in a little food coloring to make it blue.
2 cans of frozen lemonade concentrate
1-2 cups vodka
6-8 cans beer
I know it doesn't sound appealing, but I promise it is good. It tastes like sparkling lemonade. Hope you find something that works for you! Good luck!
This is a great one....LOVE this stuff!
I used this one for a Bachelorette party I threw! Its simple and delicious!!
1 2liter of sprite, 1 can pineapple juice, 1 can pineapple chunks, 1 jar of cherries, 1 cup (or more or less depends on your liking) of rum.. I used coconut rum for better flavor!!
This recipe was a big hit at a bridal shower we did for my sister last summer, and very similar to the one above. And, you can make ahead if need be which was nice (stir lemonade and vodka in large containter and refrigerate-- add beer/raspberries right before serving).
Raspberry Beer Cocktail
3/4 cup frozen raspberries (fresh or frozen)
3 1/2 (12 oz) bottles beer, chilled
1 (12oz) container frozen raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup vodka
This makes a VERY Carribbean Blue punch, I made it for my daughter's LIttle Mermaid themed party last fall.
Ingredients:
2 packs (3 oz.) each of Blue Jello
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Boiling Water
3 Cups Cold Water
1 Quart Non-Carbonated Lemon-Lime Drink -chilled
1 1/2 Quarts Lemon-Lime Soda, chilled
Dissolve Jello and Sugar in Boiling Water; add Cold Water. Transfer to a punch bowl. Stir in Lemon-Lime Drink and Soda.
I also floated a "ice ring" that I made with additional Lemon-Lime Drink to keep it cold without diluting the color.
Then... if you like - I would add Vodka and Blue Curacao (sp?). to taste.
Enjoy!
A twist to this is to do pink lemonade, and citron vodka and make the beer Bud Light Lime. Same concept. called summer beer!
