I'm definitely more of a lurker than poster, but today I wanted to post to get some expert suggestions for a real estate agent in the Raleigh area when I saw PP's post below concerning what your real estate agent has done to help you sell your home. Great minds are thinking alike!
DH and I are going to try to sell our Raleigh home this spring/summer.
