yard sale tips?
we would like to have a massive yard sale to try to get rid of a bunch of furniture and other things around the house since we are moving out of state. I planned on putting up signs the week of out on the corner, getting balloons the day of, but i am nto sure what else. do you think the paper is good? we are also thinking about having it memorial day weekend.... what do you think?? any other advice would be appreciated.

advertise it on craigslist, start out w/an ad early that week and then post one the day before, and day of.
