Since I'm new to the area, and semi-new to the board I thought it would be nice to have an introduction poll, so here it goes:

1. When were you married?
2. Do you have any children? If so, how many and how old?
3. If no kids yet, is it in the plans soon?
4. Have you always lived in St. Louis?
5. How long have you lived in St. Louis?
6. What's your big project right now?

I'll answer my own poll now:

1. When were you married?  Legally speaking we got married on May 27, 2006 in Las Vegas, but we also had a religious ceremony and reception on September 30, 2006 in Tijuana, Mexico, so we have 2 wedding anniversaries :-)
2. Do you have any children? If so, how many and how old? No kids yet, 2 labradors instead.
3. If no kids yet, is it in the plans soon?  We'll most likely start trying next summer/fall.
4. Have you always lived in St. Louis? Nope, I was born in Tijuana, Mexico (just South of San Diego) and lived there until we got married, then moved to San Diego, and that's were I had lived for the last 2 years and a half.
5. How long have you lived in St. Louis? 3 weeks 3 days!!!  I got here to live on August 2nd, 2008!!! 
6. What's your big project right now?  We just bought a house!!!  And we're building!!! So that's taking a lot of my time and my mind, and also my new job :-)

6. What's your big project right now?  Well we're working on finishing our basment.  All we have left is the bar and bathroom.  Then its on to the master bedroom.

6. What's your big project right now?  Working on DS' 1st b-day party.  It's not really a "big" project, but the biggest thing right now...oh, and getting mine and my mom's embroidery business started (we're on etsy )

4. Have you always lived in St. Louis? yes, St. Charles County all my life except college, when I lived inSt. Louis County

6. What's your big project right now? losing weight and getting my body back into shape, so I am healthier when I get pregnant in the future

4. I went to college in Columbia and spent two summers working for the National Park Service in Estes Park, CO and Hatteras Ntl Seashore in NC but other than that, all STL all the time.

2. Do you have any children? One DD, (I'm Aussies_Mom's mom) and one step DD.  If so, how many and how old? 24 & 20
3. If no kids yet, is it in the plans soon?  No more kids for me and DH ~ we are very happy to be Grandma and Grandpa 
4. Have you always lived in St. Louis? Mostly, except for when I was a baby we lived in Chicago but I don't remember it so I don't really count it.
5. How long have you lived in St. Louis? Most of my life.
6. What's your big project right now?  Working on our embroidery business with DD, Aussies_MOM.

4. Have you always lived in St. Louis?  Nope, I'm originally from Chicago.  Came her for college and wound up staying

6. What's your big project right now?  We're fixing up our house to sell it.  If anyone is looking to move into the Fenton Area (Rockwood school district) - give me a hollar!

7. What's your big project right now? Finding a place to live. We just moved from Texas, where we were stationed. We're staying with my sister and her family right now. YIKES!

2) The Mini Green Egglet (#1) will be here next Spring, until then, s/he is focusing on making me as nauseated as humanly possible.  We also have a sweet husky mix named Shelby.

4) I was born in North Carolina, moved to Kansas, then to Southern IL (Edwardsville area).  We have lived in Eureka for 3 years now.  So I've been in the metro area for about 23 years total, minus 5 at college.

5) I just bought a new sewing /embroidery machine that I'm trying to figure out. I also just started my MSN degree.  Other than that, just moving things around to get ready for the Egglet.

3. If no kids yet, is it in the plans soon? we are done - i'm not sure how i feel about that.  it changes day to day!
4. Have you always lived in St. Louis? Yep - we are over on the east side!

6. What's your big project right now? learning to survive with 2 kids we also just moved to a house twice the size of the old one so lots of cleaning/decorating and unpacking!

6. What's your big project right now? We just finished an addition on our house, so now we are working on getting it organized and figuring out what we need to buy.
