menu ideas

i decided today that i'm going to have a small party on saturday to celebrate me going back to school... i'm thinking a total of about 10-12 people, including zach and i...

anyway, i decided that i wanted to make mango salsa, and i was thinking we could make some kind of teriyaki pineapple chicken... could i make coconut cupcakes? what else should we have on the side???

any ideas???

  • Here's the link to blog post about Cilantro-lime rice, make sure you use basmati rice...it's so nice and fluffy. I've done it with jasmine and long grain and it's not quite the same to me.

    Enjoy!
