AW: Guy shower name ideas - Creativity wanted!!
So we have some friends who are having a baby 3 months before us. They heard of a neat idea where the guy has a "shower" (don't really want in the name) with a keg. Instead of paying for beer, each guy brings a box of diapers. They get beer and lunch and get to hang out.
So our friends thought we should throw one for him and then they would throw my DH. I want to create some cool invitations for them and I want a really cool name. I keep thinking like "Kegger with a Cause" or something similar. That just seems more like a cancer benefit for something, so I need to think of something a bit different. Any ideas?? TIA!

I know this is cheesy, but maybe something along these lines.....
"She's preggers and he's having a kegger..." I don't know the exact wording but I'm thinking preggers and kegger would make it fun and non-traditional for a guy!

Some friends did this, but they themed the "guys shower" as a poker party. The buy-in was a box of diapers and was listed on the invites as such.
I love the keggers & preggers idea! "Jane" got preggers so "John" gets a kegger! (Now that's an invite I'd keep on the fridge!)
Or you could go with Diapers for Drafts...

I love the pregger/kegger idea. I know our friends would find that cool.
My husbands boss had a dad's party. The invite said mommy got a shower, but Daddy needs some thunder. (party details) Let's thunder the daddy to be with diapers.
The guys went to a sports event then cigar bar (smoked "it's a girl" cigars) and a bar after that.
