Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

iPhone help with headphone sound
Just thought I'd post on here to see if anyone has ever had the same problem. My iPhone does not play sound out of the headphones. When the headphones are plugged in the sound still comes out of the speakers.
I've tried fixes I found online such as plugging and unplugging multiple times in a row, cleaning out the headphone jack..
Any ideas? TIA!

I'm sure the headphones are fully plugged in as we have tried it multiple times. I've used many different headphones and none seem to work. I have no idea how to fix it. I guess I'll be visiting the apple store.
