I've been on hold with the IRS for 32 minutes, annnd I realized that I forgot to pay not one, but two of our credit card bills this month.  So all in all, I can't complain.

Crappy. I had my first OB appointment yesterday, and the doctor had to search and could barely find a tiny sac during the ultrasound when she should have seen a baby. She said it could be one of many things including a false +, wrong dates, tilted uterus or her machine isn't the best.

So I have another ultrasound in a hour at a radiology place. I am so nervous. I am going to have a serious breakdown if I hear the news I think I'm going to hear.... This is my first pregnancy, and I know miscarriages are somewhat common, but you just never think it's going to happen to you.

I will let you all know how it goes.

He is doing so much better, thanks for asking!  He scared me so bad, seeing him like that, and all the emotions that followed...  It was easily the worst experience of my life.

I'm sorry we missed the gtg, I was really excited to meet you finally!

I  a headache today, my tooth hurts and it will be a week before I can get it pulled. Oh well, I will have to live with the pain.

I'm hoping to go to baking day, I just don't know what our schedules look like yet.  

Did I tell you the cranberry walnut biscotti came out absolutely amazing?  I know its hard to believe, but I think they may actually be better than the cinnamon and sugar topping!

I hope it all turns out okay too!  FWIW, I used to work in a radiology facility, and that would happen A LOT.  The doctor would try to do a scan in office on a patient, and would have trouble locating the baby or heartbeat, they'd send the mother in for a formal ultrasound, and everything would be totally fine.  A lot of times the machines in doctors offices aren't nearly as powerful as the machines that are used in a radiology specific facility. 

Definitely keep us posted!

My day is going okay.  DH is still sick.    I'm trying to be nice & patient, and compassionate, but seriously.  I had it for 3 days.  This is day #5 for him, and he's dying.  Or so he thinks.  Why is it the end of the world when men are sick?  Blar.

I made the cinnamon rolls this weekend too!  DH even helped!  They were excellent, definitely a time consuming and messy process, but a fun project.  We had dozens of them, next time I'm definitely cutting the recipe in half.
