We are having grilled tilapia w/ this seasoning, roasted asparagus, & cous cous minus the currents in this recipe because DH hates currents/raisins.
eta: I love tilapia seasoned with just s&p also. I make a variation of same meal with rice, or mashed potatoes... whatever I feel like having.

I got that set for Ted and put it in his stocking at Christmas. It's 4 "mini" size seasonings, but seriously - if you mostly cook for 2, even these will last a long time. We love playing around with different premade seasonings & our own concoctions.
Two of us had pan seared scallops with sundried tomatoes in a white wine reduction, broccoli, roasted red bliss potatoes, and a tossed salad. One of us had apple sauce and snubbed her open faced grilled cheese.
I buy my scallops at Target, yes really, and the recipe was on the back of the bag.
