New to the Nest..
HI ladies:
I got married to my DH on 3-23-10. We had a destination cruise wedding. In St Thomas; Magen Bay. I have been lurking for a couple of days but finally found the south florida board for the Nest.
The knot was a amazing board and became friends with a lot of knotties. I look forward to reading posts from the nest now.
So just wanted to say hi before I go to bed!

Hello and welcome to the board. It's a little slow at times but all the ladies are very nice and friendly.
I love love St. Thomas. I am actually planning on making that our 2nd year anniversary trip. Can you recommend hotels, restaurants and activities? Anything that you can think of. I have been there but only while on a cruise so I have only seen some of the city and Magens Bay Beach. But I fell in love with the place so I must go back.

I've always wanted to go to St. Thomas...I'm sure it was beautiful...it's on my list...LOL...

Sandra: I have only been while on a cruise. We actually went on a week cruise and St Thomas was one of the islands we got off and got married. It was our second time on the island but on a cruise. We fell in love with the island 3 yrs ago and said if we ever got married it will be there. So I'm really no help on resturants or places. We did snorkeling which was beautiful. But I'm sure there's lots to do there.
Julissa: you definatly have to plan a trip to the island it's beautiful!!
