James River Wine Festival
Hey ladies! I just wanted to remind you all that the James River Wine Festival is this weekend. It's $15 a person in advance or $20 at the gate. The only thing I'm wondering is if they still have it if it rains. Does anyone know? I saw this morning that rain is likely this weekend.

We will definitely be there rain or shine as long as the wine is there too! =P I'm sad because it isn't supposed to be nice either day, but we always go so I guess we'll just have to make do! It looks like there will be a few hours saturday afternoon where it will just be cloudy, so we'll probably try and go then.

Hi Courtney! DH and I used to go every year, and it used to be rain or shine. Watch out for all the mud - one year we got it everywhere!! One vineyard (can't remember which) has an awesome raspberry dessert wine which pairs really nicely with chocolate...mmmmm!!!
Needless to say, we're going to miss it this year due to LO being born. I still hope to meet you soon though!
Hey Eva! We actually got a raspberry dessert wine there called Raspberry Beret. It was SO good. They said it tastes great in brownies, but I don't think I want to use any of mine for cooking because that means I'll have less to drink.
I definitely want to meet you soon! I know you're busy with your sweet little girl, but just let me know when you have some time, and I'll be there.
