I am sure we have a few administrative professionals on the board so I wanted to say to enjoy your day and I hope your boss's are taking this day to appreciate all the hard work you do. Let's be honest ladies without us the office would probably be complete chaos. So here is a 
toast to us.
So has anyone gotten any gifts or have you been treated to something special today?
We are having a luncheon for all the assistants where we will be having contests and getting surprise gifts. My boss already gave me a nice card and gift certificate to Cheesecake Factory and my other boss gave me a bath soap set.

We went to lunch as well and my boss ordered me flowers
The building also got us little lunch bags with treats inside. So sweet!
My company doesn't celebrate this lol. We are a small company ran by a bunch of very busy men, so they don't even know this day exists!

I didn't go to work. I have been out in bed rest for a week now. I severly injured my ankle and have to be in bed rest =( bummer.
