Keurig Customer Service RAVE
Wooo-freeking-hoo....
So mine has been shutting off on it's own every once in a while. Like every couple of weeks it would do it. I have read on other boards that people are having troubles with this and called Keurig and the sent them a new machine...
So I called them today, and got me a new machine... Total Keurig customer service Rave! I have to send back the part that holds the cups, but otherwise I can keep the machine or throw it out. I have the reusable filter for it so I can continue to use it with my regular coffee and just take the cup holder out of the new machine that is coming and put it in the older machine until it really dies. Then I have a new machine ready to go :-)
Oh and an added plus.. they are sending me two boxes of coffee.. free :-)
Oh yeah, and I guess they are having problems with a lot of their machines so they are in the middle of fixing the problem and will have new machines by May. So the lady told me it would take 2 weeks to send but that is fine by me.. YAY Keurig!

If you drink a ton of coffee it is probably not worth it. Carl and I drink like 1 cup a day (sometimes I am 2 or 3 depending on the day but most of the time one) duing the week and on the weekends, we tend to drink 2 or 3 each.
You can get the boxes of coffee for between $10-12 depending on where you buy them and if you can use a coupon. Most boxes have around 24 cups in them. I like to use the Bed and Bath coupons as well as the Kohls coupons... We probably spend about $24 a month maybe on cups..
