Smoking ban ?
Does anyone know if the smoking ban pertains to patio seating? I just got back from lunch today and we sat outside. Some men were sitting next to us and they decided it would be great to light up... I tried to google it but all I can see is banned in the inside. IDK I guess I thought it included the property of the restaurant including patio.

ditto... though i think if it's a restaurant they shouldnt be allowed to smoke on the patio where food is served. however, there isnt a law for that
Its a loophole the lawmakers didn't think of..You would think that someone should have, right?
