I started watching Food Inc. this morning while I was on my elliptical, I saw the first half, and it left me speechless... (I'm going to finish it during tomorrow's workout).
When they showed the story of the 2 year old boy who died from ecoli, I cried. And the way they treat the animals is just heartbreaking. I don't know how people can do those things.
Thank you for recommending it, DH and I are going to seriously reconsider our food shopping habits.
Re: Jaye...Food Inc...OMG!
I'm glad you're getting to watch it! It really made me rethink a lot of my habits.
I cried through that story too. The second half touches more on corn/soy which is really interesting also.
Well I'm looking forward to seeing it, thanks again for the rec!
Happy Earth Day!
Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
