Keeping your knees bent throughout the class will also definitely work your lower body. Done to the traditional sounds of Polynesian drum beats, this class will get your hips moving and shaking!

I think I am going to check it out tonight after work
So I went last night. It was fun, and I definitely felt it in my core & hips but it wasn't a great workout. I would put it on par with something like Zumba. It was good to get some exercise, but it's not like I left there feeling like I got a great workout.
me too. That, or my muscles need to be sore the next day. I am not really sore from that workout. Oh well, I tried!
