I am so bummed!

I finally (!!) started taking classes again.  I am in an accelerated program, so each semester is only a few weeks long.

I had to go out of town for work, and our dates got extended drastically.  I missed class this week due to being out of town for work, and I'll miss it again next week, because I will still be out of town.  Since the semester is so short, if I miss 2 classes they will drop me.  I won't be able to start the program again for about 20 weeks.

I  am so frustrated right now!!  I finally found a program I can fit into my life, and now I can't start again for half a year.

That's really frustrating!  In the grand scheme of things, a half a year isn't too long, but I know it's hard to remember that when you just want to get on with things already. Especially when you've been looking forward to it and waiting. What degree are you trying to get?

Ugh!  I would be so annoyed too!  I struggled with figuring out how to get my MBA since I travel a lot for work.  Although, I would have preferred a traditional program I went with an online MBA through ECU.  I have to admit that I really have enjoyed that program more than expected.  Not sure what degree you are pursuing, but you might want to check out ECU because they have a ton of options available online for all sorts of programs.

H and I both went to ECU--I chose MOC over ECU because I am a procrastinator, and I thought that if I had to actually go to class I'd do better than having to  motivate myself to do schoolwork on the internet.

 I am going to look at their program again, though since I have to wait 6 mos. anyway....

Terp~the program I am trying to finish is a health services management--I want to eventually get a masters in Speech Pathology, and it is one of the majors ECU will allow for the MS-SLP.
