barkers re: Bob's Red Mill gluten free stuff
I haven't forgotten about you. I made a call to the Plant Administrator in the mill yesterday, unfortunately I had to leave a message. I haven't heard back from him yet, I'm going to try to flag him down next time he's in the store. We deal with lots of people with a wide variety of food allergies, I can't imagine we'd cut off the entire nut allergy population.

*butting in*
I have a friend who is gluten free, but also has peanut and sesame allergies to the point that she can't have anything processed on equipment that processes sesame or peanut.
If you're going to be calling anyway, can you find out if there's anything GF in their line that meets those characteristics.... pleeze??!!?
Thanks!
I am the 99%.
That's basically my question. We have an advisory on the package saying that the items are processed in a facility that processes tree nuts and soy, but I really don't know if they share equipment. The peanuts shouldn't be an issue, but I think there are sesame seeds in one of the GF bread mixes.
I'll be sure to check on this.
