In your post other day, it sounded like your body is still not cooperating with the running? That sucks

Have you been able to keep up w/ the class you're doing or are you having to take a break to let your body recover? Sorry to hear you're having such a rough start on running, I know it's something you really want to do.

Thanks for the tips. I'm trying very hard to not get too discouraged, especially since I really liked the weight loss I had in the 3 weeks I was running. So I think I just need to ease into it a bit more than what that class allowed. Eventually, I'll get there!
