Happy Friday! Weekend plans?
What are you guys up to this weekend?
We're having a birthday party for DH tomorrow, just a few friends over for a casual BBQ. Sunday is his actual birthday and I'll be taking him out to dinner to celebrate (though he has yet to pick a restaurant). So basically it's a birthday-oriented weekend for us!
I'd rather be rock climbing or playing volleyball

Re: Happy Friday! Weekend plans?
I wont be doing much more than thank you notes, house work, and school work because DH will be gone a lot.
DH has to go out tonight because he volunteered to help a friend. I'll be home alone so I may just go out and treat myself to something special for dinner ... I try not to do take out too much but I might see Wendy's in my future. If not fast food for dinner then I will definitely go out for ice cream later.
Tomorrow he'll be gone all day again helping out some local farms.
I have to work tomorrow morning. (I don't normally work on weekends, but there is an event that everyone is required to attend.)
DH is off on bachelor party weekend for a friend, and currently I don't have plans so I'll be bored.Rock, your DH and mine are twins!
I'm not sure our exact plans... perhaps Lowell Beer Works tonight-- we got a new washer & dryer delivered today so DH is home trying to figure out how to install it.
Tomorrow- bodypump in the AM and then perhaps out with some friends.
Sunday- no clue... DH's birthday, he probably wants to relax and stay home.
Happy Birthday to your DH!
Are you sure you don't want a pro installing your washer/dryer (or maybe your DH is one)? Is your dryer gas-powered? We were told it's not a good idea to mess around with the installation of these appliances because there's both plumbing and gas lines involved.
Ah my husband is NOT a pro... yeah... but when we closed on our place, the previous owners w/d were disconnected and he was able to connect them (and it's gas). I'm a bit nervous but I trust that he'll give up if it's too much. I hope...
Happy birthday to your DH too!
eta: he emailed me to say it's all set up! Now he gets to do laundry
Just got home from Punta Cana last night.
We are so, so sick. We have canceled our dinner plans tonight and are just staying in, where we can both get to a bathroom within seconds if needed.
Ugh.
This happened to mh when we were in Punta Cana for our honeymoon. But it was towards the end of the week. It wasn't fun. We had gone to a travelers clinic before so luckily we had some prescriptions if this were to happen. Hope you guys are better soon!
Tonight I actually have off! I'm trying to coordinate to try and get down to West Warwick, RI to see my mom's quartet perform in a competition. Then hopefully going out to dinner with parents, aunt, grandma and DH.
Tomorrow and Sunday: Nothing planned as of yet, but DH and I will probably still be moving stuff around our new apartment. Then I'm working both nights.
Hope you feel better Punky!
Happy Friday! DH is working this weekend, so I'm hoping to get caught up on laundry and schoolwork, maybe go do some library research.
We're having friends over for dinner on Saturday night, one of my closest friends just got engaged so we'll be celebrating that too!
Last night we just stayed in and watched a movie.
Today we're going to go for a long bike ride and tonight out to dinner with some friends we haven't seen in awhile. One is up visiting from NC so it will be great to get together with her.
Sunday I have a clinic at the animal rescue. I got the 7:45 shift, but that means I should be out at early afternoon. No plans after that.
Have a good weekend!
