killing grass
I want to extend the flower bed in the front of my house. It was new bed that I made last year. I tore up the grass with a hoe. It was a lot of work. I've seen posts that you can sufficate out the grass/weeds with newspaper. How do I do this?
I think I remember reading to cover the newspaper with mulch... could I cover it with dirt/potting soil/compost/manure or does it have to be with mulch?
