Car buying recommendations?
I'm new to FL, and my DH and I have been sharing his truck since moving. Now that I have found work we've been talking about getting a used car.
Where would you recommend I look? I've been checking out craigslist but I'm not sure how I feel about a majority of listings.
I'd like to spend about $10,000 on a fuel-efficient sedan (I'm thinking a Honda Accord but I'm open to looking at Toyotas, Mazdas or Nissans as well). 2005 or newer, and low miles. I would prefer to buy from a private party, but if I can find a good deal at a dealer and get a warranty, I'm open to that as well.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
Re: Car buying recommendations?
Welcome to FLA! We've been going through the car-buying process for the last month and it has been exhausting. We were in the market for a new car so I can't help you there, but I found this site very helpful and they have some websites that you can search for cars: http://www.carbuyingtips.com/used.htm
My best advice is to do all the legwork online (get online price quotes from dealerships and confirm information carefully). I hope you find something you like!
You can try enterprise rental car company. They sell used cars as well.
