My rosemary plant is about 3 years old. It is in the ground year round.
Most of it is still healthy but there are a few brances that are brown. Normal? What should I do? It is massive.
Re: Rosemary question
I have to say that I am so jealous that you can plant your rosemary in the ground. I wish we could do that.
But I believe you can just trim out the dead branches. Rosemary can be cut back so trimming out the dead parts and cleaning it up shouldn't hurt it at all.
Are the brown branches woody? Rosemary is like lavendar - it likes a good pruning every year. Trim back the brown branches and your plant should be fine.
