    Hello and welcome!  No need to lurk, please post away!  We're all very friendly here.  I don't know the pots and pans post, but we love our cast iron cookware!  We have a 10" cast iron skillet made by lodge, and an enameled dutch oven and skillet from Paula Deen.  We're really happy with them, and no toxic non-stick coating!  Let us know if you have any composting or gardening questions, I do both in our townhouse.
