are my tulips doomed?
they didn't bloom this year (just one or two leaves came up). is there hope for next year or should i just dig them up and throw them in the compost?

Wait one more year or dig them up and move them to a sunnier location. We have a number of tulips the squirrels replanted for us in shade (how nice of them!) and the leaves come up but they never bloom.
