Art Museum, Natural History museum, Botanical Gardens (fee), Science Center (fee)
Now that it is getting closer to summer Wade Oval Wednesday's will start in University Circle. They usually have live music and some vendors set up outside plus you can bring a picnic.
Sur La Table in Woodmere (271 and Chagrin) offer cooking classes.
Not sure if you're looking for free or low cost things. Do you have any specific interests? That might help me suggest more things. I get the Cool Cleveland emails every Wednesday that have different things to do in the upcoming week. You can sign up for those online.
