Speaking of baby showers...
I know Kiwi already had hers, but what about the rest of you girls? Does anyone know any details about theirs? I want to hear everything!

I know, I know. I already had mine. Something extra to share though since you were talking about cake in an earlier post. My sister got us a large Carvel ice cream cake for the shower. Normally it wouldn't be my first choice but we used to have ice cream cakes for birthdays all the time when we were little and truth be told I had been totally craving one and almost picked up a small Carvel cake on my last grocery trip before the shower so ice cream cake was perfect at that point. My sister knows me too well.
Oh, and apparently the people at church are throwing us a shower at the end of May.
Wow! Two! How exciting!
Ya I didn't want a huge shower and there were only about 35-40 people total being invited, but it was still enough that my mom would have had to rent a room. So instead there are two, one at my mom's house and one at my MIL's house, with half the people invited to each. I just really didn't want a huge fuss over it, plus I hated how at my bridal shower I didn't get to see/talk to half the people. This way each shower will be much more intimate.
