Recommendations on Home Inspectors?
Hello! I apologize if this was already asked, but I couldn't find a post in the search engine and I've just joined the board. 
My husband and I are in the process of buying our first home (yay!) and it looks like after waiting forever, the offer we put on a short sale will finally be approved by the bank within the week.
We were hoping to get some good Home Inspector recommendations that you home-owners may have. (We're in the Agoura Hills area) Any exceptional companies/inspectors that you trust? Any that we should stay away from?
