Ok, so I finally tracked down someone with an answer for me. The only nuts we mill are almonds and hazelnuts, there are not peanuts or any other treenuts present in the facility. The ones we do mill are milled on the same equipment. When a mill is switched from one product to another 30 pounds of the next product is put through then discarded before any of it is packaged. So the risk is there, I guess, but very small.

A&J - Thanks for asking. That means we should not use the products for now. We're supposed to avoid all treenuts as my daughter is a toddler and we don't know the extent of her nut allergy - that is, she has an allergy, we just don't know how much. The risk is likely small, but based on her history the risk is potentially life-threatening so not worth it.
