So our contract with Verizon is coming to an end, and my husband and I have been discussing if we want to change providers or stay with verizon. I want to stay with Verizon, but he wants to change to Sprint. I have heard alot of mixed opinions about Sprint, but mainly good ones about Verizon. He does not care he just wants to change to Sprint basically. What do you all think?

Isn't sprint offering a 30-day no questions asked return/cancellation policy? If so, I would definitely check it our if your verizon contract is expiring.
We have verizon because the sprint network by us isnt as good (or it didnt used to be at least). It also helps that the majority of our friends also have verizon so we are able to keep the lowest minute plan.

I switched to sprint after finally getting peeved off at VZW for the last time, I love Sprint, we got the $129.99 everything data family plan and we never go over minutes especially now because Sprint is FREE to any mobile on any network. We don't have any coverage issues, or customer service issues at all and the pricing can't be beat. We were paying $129.99 for only one black berry on VZW and now we have 2 for that price.
The phone's aren't as cool though on Sprint I'll admit that, and they seem to lag in getting any really competitive phones.
So do we have a DSM fan here??? I love my DSM, and my husband wants that phone mainly bc of the name..but plus he thinks it will be a good phone for him.
I've been on both Verizon and Sprint. I'd be on Sprint if my company wasn't paying for my smartphone. All cell phone companies like to nickel and dime you but Verizon is the worst out of the two. My phone has several features I would love to take advantage of but they charge monthly to use it whereas Sprint does not. And since my phone is a company phone I don't dare to add features to the plan.
I've never had an issue with dropped calls on either network. So it really just depends on what you're looking for.

Coverage with Verizon is better/stronger in most locations and their customer service is much better than Sprint.
I have accounts with both Verizon and AT & T currently and have been happy with both but my previous experience with Sprint scarred me for life against them.
