House vibes, please?!?
As most of you know my old house (now rental property) is on the market. We've had a ton of showings, but my tenant has scared everyone away. She refuses to leave the property during showings, follows the people around saying she thinks they are going to steal her stuff. She's even told people that it's HER house and she won't leave!
Well, there's a showing on Sunday. She's fighting with DH saying she won't leave. We are going over tonight to mow the grass and make sure the house is cleaned up. Hopefully we can talk some sense into her.
I'm at wits end with this woman. I really just need the house to sell so I can move on and she's driving me crazy.
If you guys could spare some of those great ND vibes I would greatly appreciate it!

We may have to evict her. She is actually a section 8 tenant, meaning the government pays her rent. I can evict for any reason unlike a normal rental agreement. I didn't want go that route, but how hard is it to leave the house for an hr for a showing?

Sorry that really sucks. Doesn't she understand the terms of her rental agreement and that starting trouble like that is probably not such a good idea. Like pp said, just give her notice so you can go about your way. :::vibes::: that it all gets worked out. GL.
