sucessfuly killing Virginia Creeper?
I just spent about 2 hours battling Virginia Creeper vines, until I realized that it's rooted in so many places I can't find them all, and the main root is hopelessly tangled with a forsythia that I'd rather not damage. Any way to get rid of this monster?
Re: sucessfuly killing Virginia Creeper?
Spray it with 20% glyphosate solution at the end of summer and as it begins to change color in fall. Just avoid the Forsythia.
And don't worry too much about the Forsythia. They're cheap, abundant, and fast growing.
