Mother's Day gifts
Normally I have no trouble knowing what to get my Mom. But this year I can't really think of anything. So what is everyone getting their Mom?

My Mom's been complaining about working too hard lately and that she needs to relax more, so while I can't cut down her workload, I did make her a pair of slipper socks that are strictly for relaxing. I put a picture of them up on my blog. That probably doesn't help you any, but relaxation or spa inspired ideas are usually well received.
We also did church and brunch with her yesterday, since she's going to be visiting her sister next weekend.

I took my mom out clothes shopping yesterday. She isn't confident in her fashion sense, so she likes it when I help her put together cute new outfits. So we went shopping and she got a bunch of new clothes for the spring & summer. I feel like I do this for her every year, and I feel bad about that, but she said she loves it because she never buys herself new clothes and she loves getting stylish stuff, and she loves the girl time.
Took my mom to the Melting Pot on Saturday, which she loves.
This upcoming weekend we'll be at the in-laws, continuing to paint the hallways and bedrooms. Since we're paying for the supplies and doing the work, it's kind of our Mother's Day gift to MIL. I'll also make a nice dinner while I'm there.
We got each of our moms a photo book of our wedding pictures. They turned out very nice and I think they'll love them

This year, we did a combo for my mom and stepdad... we got them tickets to see the Eagles in concert, playing in Busch Stadium this summer. It's a pretty big gift from us, so we are calling it a combo gift for his bday in April, Mothers day in May, her bday and Fathers day in June.
I am taking my mom and sister to brunch and then we are going to the antique show which I am excited about. My mom has never been and has always wanted to go. I don't know if I am getting her a "gift" persay because she always she complains she has to much stuff and she dosen't know what to do with anything.
