Question....

I got sent here from another board... maybe you ladies can help!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE tulips... by far my favorite flower... well.... about a year and a half ago, I ordered a box of bulbs... I got them in Dec/Jan of 08/09 they got stuck in a closet bc I figured it was way too late to plant them... had good intentions of planting them last fall.... well, I wasn't sure where I'd put them... and kinda forgot. Well, found them last week... still in the box... at the bottom of our pantry.... so they've been stored at room temp for 1.5 years.... would they be ok to plant this fall? Or do I need to buy new bulbs?

Re: Question....

Ditto. The worst that will happen is that they will be duds.

FWIW, I planted gladiola bulbs I bought 5 years ago and stored in a garage. They're coming up this spring.
