Re: Rec a website design for small business?
I created one for my husband using Yahoo small business. It was fairly simple.
Here's how the website turned out when I finished...

My little man!
Please don't use this site. Design contests ask designers to work on spec - meaning a bunch of designers work for free on the chance *one* of them will get paid. And because of the churn on sites like this, you risk copyright infringement and a whole host of other problems when designers trying to make a buck reuse designs and copy others' designs rather than create something truly custom for every "contest." Also, anything a designer submits, even if it doesn't win a contest, becomes 99designs' property - meaning it can get used in their promotion, again without payment to the designer. If you wouldn't want to work for free, then don't encourage someone else to.
But really - a cattle call isn't going to get the work that represents you, your brand and your business completely. A one-page creative brief on a forum isn't a substitute for market research, the discovery process, and the collaborative iteration that takes place when a company works with an individual designer or agency.
I am a graphic designer, and I'd be happy to talk with you about pricing and options - http://www.327creative.com
