This. (This is nothing like Cipolla's tattoo.)
Ladies, where are you? It's soooo slow.
Matt loves Munkii!!!
Re: I want...
That is cool! A little pricey, but I like it!
How well do the photoshop effects work for that kind of thing?
Sorry I haven't been around. I'm absorbed into drama on the Family Matters board.
Which? Simon's Cat? (I heart Simon's Cat! Simon's SIster's Dog is cute, too.)
@Karen, Family Matters is crazy!!! I never respond because it's covered in two seconds and doesn't need repeated--the dimwits who don't get it never will.
Agreed, and they can be snarky, too. But once you get to the bottom of an issue, they can be very insightful. I've learned a lot about marriages and relationships just by reading out what they have to say.
That is pretty sweet. We got in a photo booth on a mall once and it drew a sketch of us and it's pretty cute even though I had long hair and the Mr had orange hair at the time so we don't quite look like it anymore. I have been dying to to a mini gallery of our wedding pics but haven't gotten around to it yet.
In other thrilling news I am cleaning the kitchen. Woah Nellie it's a good time!
You can totally do this in PS- so easy! Turn the image grayscale, adjust the brightness/contrast so it has good rich blacks and bright whites, while preserving the details. Then Filter > Artistic > Cutout, change the "number of levels" to 2 for pure back/white, or 3 for a nice medium gray in there too. Keep the "edge simplicity" low to preserve details, and voila!
Hmm... I may have to try this!
This is SUPER easy to do in Photoshop! We came thisclose to doing this for all of our table "numbers" for the wedding, but ended up doing something else. I can't remember the specific filter we used, but I think it may have been either "Charcoal" or "Ink Outlines". It's just something you have to play around with and see what you like. Here's an example from some of the pics we altered:
And if you really wanted it on a canvas, you could just upload the JPEG to Mpix or another place that sells canvas gallery wraps.
